Ahead of the 2020 season, which will see Team Clairet Sport entering four Peugeot 308 cars in the continental series, Jimmy and Teddy talk about their careers, their hopes and the esprit de famille that underlies everything that Team Clairet Sport does… How is it to work as a family team? “Working with your family can be either a disaster or a real joy. And we are lucky to be in the latter category! The three of us work well together, at the workshop and on-track. We get nothing but positives out of it, because of the bond of trust there is between us. We have no filters; we go straight to the point, so we move forward faster. Team Clairet is a well-oiled mechanism: our daily life is divided between test days, race days and workshop days. You have to know that we do everything by ourselves. We have four TCR cars and four Racing Cup cars in the workshop. Eventually, the confinement period didn't really disturb us professionally speaking, because it gave us even more time to fine-tune the preparation of the cars and to train physically more than usual.” What is your relationship with Peugeot Sport? “It all came together naturally.
