33 The previous leaders, Gabby Chaves and Ryan Norman in the #33 (left), were eliminated by an incident at Road Atlanta and so slipped down to second with a gap of eight points. The Audi RS 3 LMS cars managed to disrupt the Hyundai cars’ winning streak in the double-header at Mid-Ohio where James Vance/Max Faulkner won the first race for Fast MD Racing (top) and Road Shagger Racing’s Gavin Ernstone/Jonathan Morley were victorious in Race 2 (above).
