32 SCANDINAVIA The domination of Robert Dahlgren in the TCR Scandinavia series is never ending. Although the season has just entered its second half, with three events still to go, it seems very unlikely that anyone will be able to keep the PWR Racing driver from clinching his third title after those won in 2017 and 2019. Dahlgren has won the first two races in each of the four weekends held so far, adding eight pole positions from eight Qualifying sessions. In fact, he has only failed to win the third races courtesy of the reversed grid and the endemic difficulties of overtaking caused by the layouts of the Swedish circuits. Kevin Engman and Robin Knutsson didn’t waste the opportunity to score their maiden wins in the series. Engman did it at Karlskoga’s Gelleråsen Arena on his occasional appearance in a Brink Motorsport Audi (bottom right), while at Anderstorp’s Scandinavian Raceway Knutsson gave the first victory of the season to the defending champion team Lestrup Racing (centre right). These latest two events provided the icing on the cake for PWR as Mikaela Åhlin-Kottulinsky was runner-up in all the four races won by her teammate and moved into second position in the standings, 35 points behind. Tobias Brink, who was expected to be Dahlgren’s most serious contender, struggled with the pace and dropped to third, with a gap of 81 points.
