36 Young talent and innovation seem some really important aspects of your company’s philosophy, can you explain this aspect in detail? "Our company gives great importance to young people. Their vision of the world and work perfectly embraces the company's drive for improvement and innovation. Innovation is intended as technology, but also as a new way of experiencing work. Let me explain: we are creating teams that know how to work in synergy, creatively and constructively, with a real team mentality. Groups within which "our" young people can fully express, but also rely on the support of the more experienced senior staff. We are talking about an on-track experience of almost 40 years which is invaluable. This mix is placed in a positive and peaceful environment. This way, the young can be guided and contribute to creating a unique value, which is a pillar of the whole company. This is not something that comes naturally, but must be guided by specific corporate intent.
