globalisation process, but also because in

Europe, mainly for economic reasons, there

wouldn’t be enough drivers to go around”.

How difficult is it to communicate with drivers

          from so many different backgrounds?

“It’s not that difficult. Language is not a problem

          since everyone speaks English, whereas

sometimes it’s more difficult to understand

          different cultures’ approach to motorsport.

          However, we have accumulated enough

experience to deal with those kinds of problems

          too”.

Your team has expanded significantly with

respect to last year, has the mentality changed

          too?

“Although we have become much larger, and

employ more people in our factory, we do try to

maintain a family atmosphere. It’s very important

to preserve the original spirit of the team and we

try to maintain the same philosophy and

commitment that we had five years ago”.
