Busch, Charlotte: Burton si invola nel finale

Jeff Burton ha conquistato il quarto successo Busch Series stagionale, grazie ad un ottimo stint finale di corsa, battendo Kyle Busch e Dale Earnhardt Jr dopo essere partito dal fondo per la rottura del motore. A chiudere i top-5 sono stati Aric Almirola e Denny Hamlin per il team Gibbs. Carl Edwards, leader in classifica, ha dovuto rimandare i festeggiamenti per la vittoria matematica del titolo in seguito ad un incidente causato da Jimmie Johnson. Da sottolineare un'altra ottima prova di Kelly Bires, sempre nei top-10 con la Ford Fusion della Wood Bros Racing.
